Does taking a picture keep you accountable or does it make you a narcissist. 

Well there is a fine line. If you are challenging yourself and the photos are incremental and people who trust and care about you in an unconditional way are supporting your progress then I suppose that is a accountability. 

If you are taking a run through a paddy field in Vietnam and you take a selfie to upload to instagram then that makes you a narcissist and that's dangerous because then we all start to think we are more important than we are.
